WD-40 Maintenance Liquid

Tapping & Drilling Lubricants

Concentrated metal working fluid containing a unique oil-soluble molybdenum compound with extreme pressure anti-weld additives.
Lubricates, reduces friction, heat and distortion of the work.
Aerosol version of MWF for ease of application.
Particularly effective on stainless steel and light alloys, which are prone to surface welding or pick-up on the tool

Industrial methylated spirit based.

Opaque

For use with heavy and black metals. When scribed or scored the dark metal shows up well against the film. Can also be used for colour coding.

Shaft Repair Sleeves

Quickly and economically repair grooved and worn shafts for rotary oil seals. Fitting new seals on already worn shafts can result in repeat replacement of the seals. Grooving wear on a shaft can require expensive re-machining or even result in the shaft having to be replaced. Repair sleeves are simply pushed over the worn running surface. No special equipment is required - a standard depth installation tool is supplied with the sleeve. A mallet and a pair of pliers are all that are required for the repair job. The surface is machined without directionality, wear resistant often a better finish than that of the original shaft.

Recommended for use on threaded plastic or plastic/metal fittings carrying hot or cold water e.g. industrial and agricultural plastic water pipe systems, or drainage systems.

Enamel Paint

This tough enamel has long lasting flexibility when used to cover rust, bare metal and wood, repelling moisture to give long term protection. It must be applied in temperatures of 5 C or above and is sag resistant to eliminate brush strokes, dilutable by white spirit and can be used for interior or exterior applications.
