Concentrated Screen Wash

Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray - Trike Free

Solent Electrical Contact Cleaner is an effective solvent based cleaner packed in a large 500 ml aerosol. The product is formulated to remove oil, grease, and carbon dust from electrical switch gear and electronic components. Solent Electrical Contact Cleaner is safe on most common plastic parts, but will attack lacquer finishes and coatings. If in doubt about suitability, trial the product on a scrap sample first before general application. The product is propelled from the aerosol by CO2 Carbon Dioxide gas. CO2 is non-flammable. Electrical Switch Cleaner fluid is flammable. Always ensure power is switched off before applying this product to electrical equipment.

Foaming Cleaner Spray

Cuts through grease, dirt, oil and general soiling, contains no silicones. Ideal for non-porous surfaces. 10001 uses in the home, industry, garage or factory. Size: 400ml aerosol.

SC1-500B Rapid Dry Industrial Solvent Cleaner

Solent SC1-500B Rapid Dry Industrial Solvent Cleaner is supplied in a large 500 ml aerosol; it is formulated to quickly penetrate grease, oil and general soiling on metal/electrical components and precision parts allowing them to be cleaned quickly. The formulation rapidly evaporates leaving a clean dry surface it is very effective at temperatures ranging from 5C to 30C.

It is Safe to use on most plastic components. It will soften some lacquers. If in doubt about suitability, test on a scrap component or a small area before general application.

DW25 De-Ionised Water

Solent? Maintenance DW25 de-ionised water can be used in lead-acid car batteries, it is also suitable for domestic appliances such as steam irons and steam cleaners, avoids problems caused by scaling. It can also be used as a final rinse in car washing to avoid ?spotting? and is also suitable for rinsing scientific glassware.

De-ionised water, when first produced has a neutral pH level of 5.5. The pH level changes as carbon dioxide from the air dissolves in the water and forms carbonic acid (H2CO3). Boiling the water will remove the carbon dioxide and restore the neutral pH.

Supplied in 25Ltr drum.

Rapid Penetrating Spray

Rapidly penetrates into rust and corroded fittings. Allows easy release and dismantling of fittings exposed to heat and great pressure. Can be used on wet metal components, does not contain Silicone, CFC's or Chlorine. Lubricates threads during release procedure, 30% less dense than water.

Solent Flaw Detector Inspection System

Fast reliable method for visually inspecting and spot-checking surfaces of welds, exotic alloys or standard metals, highly stressed structural members, critical castings, shafts, gears, spindles, and any other hard part where identification of surface flaws is essential. Detects flaws such as cracks, pin holes, welding laps and porousness either during manufacture or on site. A three part system. SFD-501C is a cleaner. SFD-502C is a dye penetrant. SFD-503C is a developing fluid that reacts with the dye in SFD-502C to show small cracks in the weld. Each part supplied in an ozone friendly 500ml aerosol.

Flaw Detector Cleaner Spray

Quick drying, powerful solvent for cleaning surfaces prior to testing. Removes contaminants including oils, greases and grime.

Dry Film Mould Release P.T.F.E. Spray

Solent Mould Release PTFE Dry Film is a micro-thin surface coating that is used to coat the inner surfaces of injection moulding tools/dies. Thus enabling easy component release. The coating will not bridge complex mould profiles and will not interfere with precision fits. The applied PTFE film will not transfer to the moulded item. The product can also be used in any location that requires a dry slip surface such as production line slides, tracks or tables.

Heavy Duty Silicone Release Spray

Heavy duty Silicone lubricant and Release agent. Formulated with a high silicone content. The product is suitable for a wide range of uses. A dry non-oily, non-greasy product. Water clear with no odour. Size: 500ml aerosol.
