Maintenance Spray

Solent Maintenance SM4-500C maintenance spray is ideally suitable for:

LUBRICATING - as it is a high performance mineral oil based lubricant with PTFE.
DISPLACES WATER - To help Start damp petrol engines.
PENETRATES - To allow easy release of rusty fixings.
CLEANS & PROTECTS - Cleans metal surfaces and prevents rusting of treated parts.

It does not contain naphtha, kerosene or paraffin which are all associated with operator skin dryness, cracking or dermatitis. It is electrically non-conductive at normal ranges found in the home. Care must be taken if used on some electrical plastic components where 'crazing' may occur. Test for suitability on painted surfaces before general application. A non-flammable CO2 propellant is used that in the large 500ml can size will deliver up to 15% more product than some 'like for like' butane propelled aerosols.

Does not contain silicone.

Dry Film Mould Release P.T.F.E. Spray

Solent Mould Release PTFE Dry Film is a micro-thin surface coating that is used to coat the inner surfaces of injection moulding tools/dies. Thus enabling easy component release. The coating will not bridge complex mould profiles and will not interfere with precision fits. The applied PTFE film will not transfer to the moulded item. The product can also be used in any location that requires a dry slip surface such as production line slides, tracks or tables.

Synthetic Resin Based Industrial Floor Paint 5Ltr

Solent? Maintenance floor paint is supplied in 5 Litre tins that will cover up to 8m2 per litre of concrete floor. For the very best results Solent recommend 2 coats are applied to produce an attractive and hardwearing finish. Solent floor paint is easy to use, No primer is required and once dry, it is easy to clean, oil, grease and water resistant. Making it ideal for warehouses, garages and workshops etc.

Solent? Industrial Floor Paint

Solvent free industrial quality floor paint. Applied by roller as a one-coat system, to provide traction in areas of slip hazard. Hard wearing, epoxy resin anti-slip coating suitable for use on concrete, stone, steel and wood.
Coverage: 5m2 per pack.
Application:
A pile-type roller (not foam) should be used to apply the mixed resin and curing agent which should be poured into a shallow roller tray.
Apply by roller to a measured area of 5m2.
Immediately sprinkle the anti-slip aggregate uniformly onto the wet coat to obtain the desired finished (total or light coverage).
Using the same roller, bed in and cover the aggregate. It is not normally necessary to recharge the roller unless very heavy quantities of grit have been applied.
Curing Time:
Curing time is affected by temperature and will be extended by low temperatures. Temperatures of 10C and below will arrest the curing of the product. In general, once the product has been applied, a period of 12-24 hours or longer should elapse before use. Avoid washing the surface for seven days after coating.

Foaming Cleaner Spray

Cuts through grease, dirt, oil and general soiling, contains no silicones. Ideal for non-porous surfaces. 10001 uses in the home, industry, garage or factory. Size: 400ml aerosol.

Anti Rust Protection Spray - For Tools and Packing

Solent Green Moisture Guard is a soft thin film moisture/ corrosion protective coating. Packed in a large 500ml aerosol. The coating has a slight green colouring which clearly indicates treated areas. Ideal for longer terms moisture/corrosion protection of machined components/moulding dies and tools. Removed easily with Solent Industrial Cleaner, part number SC1-500B.

Rapid Penetrating Spray

Rapidly penetrates into rust and corroded fittings. Allows easy release and dismantling of fittings exposed to heat and great pressure. Can be used on wet metal components, does not contain Silicone, CFC's or Chlorine. Lubricates threads during release procedure, 30% less dense than water.

Enamel Paint

This tough enamel has long lasting flexibility when used to cover rust, bare metal and wood, repelling moisture to give long term protection. It must be applied in temperatures of 5 C or above and is sag resistant to eliminate brush strokes, dilutable by white spirit and can be used for interior or exterior applications.

Enamel Paint

High gloss rust covering enamel paint. Corrosion resistant, can be applied directly to rusty metal and repels moisture providing long term protection. Touch dry in 20 mins (subject to humidity/temperature), no need for primer or undercoat. Coverage 0.6m2 per 500ml can.

Smooth Finish - Aerosol
