Ultraguard Antifoam

A non-silicone antifoam designed for the treatment of synthetic, semi-synthetic and water mix emulsions and diluted fluids. Recommended dilution 1 part to 10,000 of the fluid which requires de-foaming.

Ultraguard-B Bactericide

Bactericide additive for water mix cutting and grinding fluids. Broad spectrum biocide, prevents bacterial attack ensuring longer sump life and elimination of objectionable odours.

Sapphire Extreme

For the lubrication of anti-friction bearings operating at high temperatures. Temperature range: minus 10C to plus 250C.

Sapphire Aqua-Sil Silicone Grease

Non-melting silicone grease for long term lubrication at extreme temperatures with good resistance to chemicals, oils, water and gases. WRC approved for hot and cold potable water. NLGI No.3. Temperature range: minus 40C to plus 200C.

Sapphire 1 Long Life Grease

NLGI No.1 softer triple life grease with excellent pumpability. Temperature range: minus 30C to plus 150C.

HT70 High Temperature Grease

Synthetic lubricant which evaporates slowly without carbonising to leave a thin film of Molybdenum disulphide. For use on slow running plain and anti-friction bearings subjected to high temperatures. Temperature range: plus 180C to plus 300C.

Sapphire Hi-Pressure Grease

For lubricating plain bearings operating under extremely high loads. Bentone thickened grease containing high level of molybdenum disulphide. Temperature range: minus 20C to plus 150C.

Sapphire Premier

A high performance formulation high performance general-purpose grease designed for all types of anti-friction bearings operating at high temperatures or speeds. Excellent high temperature performance. Good high speed performance. Compatible with most plastics and rubbers. Extended lubrication intervals. Temperature range -50°C to 200°C.
