Sapphire Premier

A high performance formulation high performance general-purpose grease designed for all types of anti-friction bearings operating at high temperatures or speeds. Excellent high temperature performance. Good high speed performance. Compatible with most plastics and rubbers. Extended lubrication intervals. Temperature range -50°C to 200°C.

Sapphire Aqua-Sil Silicone Grease

Non-melting silicone grease for long term lubrication at extreme temperatures with good resistance to chemicals, oils, water and gases. WRC approved for hot and cold potable water. NLGI No.3. Temperature range: minus 40C to plus 200C.

Sapphire Aqua 2

Soap thickened bearing grease, water washout resistant, high degree of corrosion protection. Suitable for lubricating bearings operating in or being continually washed in water. Temperature range: minus 20C to plus 150C.

Fomblin RT15 Grease

Perfluoropolyether-based grease used for it's chemical resistance, oxygen compatibility and high temperature suitability. It will generally greatly reduce the need for frequent re-lubrication. Used most successfully in anti-friction bearings and gearboxes, but may also be used to lubricate any sliding surface such as valves, pins, screws and bushes. Temperature range: minus 20C to plus 200C.

Anti-Seize Stainless (251)

A nickel free paste providing anti-seize properties across a wide temperature range. Prevents seizure of components subjected to extremely high temperatures for long periods. Suitable for use on stainless steel, nimonic and silver coated fasteners.

Foliac Manganese P.J.C.

Designed for where there is a need for stronger joints to be made, resistant to higher temperatures and pressures. Dries harder than graphite compounds.

Z30 Corrosion Protection

Formulated to give an excellent degree of corrosion protection over long periods (up to 2 years). When applied, Z30 leaves a brown waxy film that will displace moisture and perform as a 'non-fling' lubricant. Ideal for long term protection of machinery, elevators, fork-lift trucks, underground installations, off-shore platforms etc.

Smooth copper containing paste prevents corrosive seizure of screw threads and eases assembly and dismantling of components. Protects against dirt, moisture and chemicals. High temperature performance 1100C.

Ultracut 370 Plus

High performance semi-synthetic cutting and grinding fluid giving optimum performance at high dilution whilst remaining resistant to bacterial and fungal attack. For a wide range of cutting and grinding operations on most workpiece materials. Recommended dilution between 40:1 and 60:1 for cutting; 50:1 and 70:1 for grinding.
