Sapphire Premier

A high performance formulation high performance general-purpose grease designed for all types of anti-friction bearings operating at high temperatures or speeds. Excellent high temperature performance. Good high speed performance. Compatible with most plastics and rubbers. Extended lubrication intervals. Temperature range -50°C to 200°C.

HT70 High Temperature Grease

Synthetic lubricant which evaporates slowly without carbonising to leave a thin film of Molybdenum disulphide. For use on slow running plain and anti-friction bearings subjected to high temperatures. Temperature range: plus 180C to plus 300C.

RTD Cleancut Liquid

Rocol rtd cleancut is a specially formulated, low viscosity solvent free metalworking liquid/oil. Suitable for use with all metals-including aluminium, brass and copper.

Cutting Fluids

High performance semi-synthetic cutting and grinding fluid giving optimum performance at high dilution whilst remaining resistant to bacterial and fungal attack. For a wide range of cutting and grinding operations on most workpiece materials. Recommended dilution between 40:1 and 60:1 for cutting; 50:1 and 70:1 for grinding.

Ultraguard-B Bactericide

Bactericide additive for water mix cutting and grinding fluids. Broad spectrum biocide, prevents bacterial attack ensuring longer sump life and elimination of objectionable odours.

Sapphire 1 Long Life Grease

NLGI No.1 softer triple life grease with excellent pumpability. Temperature range: minus 30C to plus 150C.

Anti-Seize Compound

Smooth copper containing paste prevents corrosive seizure of screw threads and eases assembly and dismantling of components. Protects against dirt, moisture and chemicals. High temperature performance 1100C.

Line Marking Paint

Easyline Edge 'traffic-grade' epoxy paint produces highly durable lines. Use with the Easyline Edge Airflow Applicator (not included - ROC-771-6607N) and yellow nozzle for crisp, clean lines that are touch-dry in 10 minutes, reducing costly 'down-time'. Safe, non-toxic formula. Complies with your legal obligations under The European Council Directive 92/58/EEC. Available in 8 standard colours and 2 fluorescent colours. 750ml aerosol.

Use freehand or in the hand-held applicator (not included - ROC-771-6606A) with the white nozzle for stencilling or freehand marking.

N.B. Easyline Edge Aerosol Line Marking Paint is specifically designed for use with the Easyline Edge Airflow Applicator - other aerosol cans are not compatible.
