Type W (water) and OS (oil) lubricants can be used to extend the life of the compound. Kemet Diamond Compound is suitable for lapping and polishing most materials including Steels, Carbides and Ceramics.

Maximum speeds are quoted assuming that collet to back of point does not exceed 12.7mm (1/2") and are for guidance only.
