and an operating temperature range of -30C to
120C. Highly resistant to many chemicals,
petroleum, diesel, LPG etc.

Pan Fibre Gland Packing

VT2 is braded from pure Poly Acrylic Nitrile (PAN) impregnated with PTFE, further treated with special lubricants. Gives enhanced performance without shaft wear problems or high costs of traditional synthetic fibre packing. Extended life even at high shaft speeds and pressures within a wide pH and temperature range.
Applications: Pumps, valves, mixers, reactor vessels and reciprocating applications. Resistant to general chemicals, solvents, oils, water and steam. For use in arduous conditions in process applications where alternative packing causes excessive wear or require frequent maintenance and replacement. Does not contaminate or stain - suitable for use in the food, water and paper industries.

Powerful, fast evaporating solvent cleaner/ degreaser. Particularly suitable for use in mould cleaning during production runs. Powerful flushing action, rapidly removes grease or oils. Slideway Lubricants

Mineral-based heavy duty advanced slideway oils with special oiliness & EP additives which reduces friction by 25%. Special tackiness agent aids retention of oil on vertical slide ways. Recommended for vertical and heavily loaded slide ways & certain gearboxes.

Drain Covers

When a spill occurs outside, the most likely outlet for fluids to run away to are the drains. It is a legislative requirement that sufficient protection is in place for all at-risk drains. This is best met with one or more drain covers, of which three types are available. The clay drain covers are only for use in an emergency, as once moulded to the drain they cannot be re-used. Where ongoing use is anticipated, such as each time a bulk delivery is made, a polyurethane cover should be used. The neoprene cover (not illustrated) is for occasional use only.

So-Protect "Plus" Fluid
