Lubrication oil with industrial grade performance reinforced with PTFE to impart extreme pressure capability. Flashpoint 210C (applies to base product before packaging). Density .875. Formulated with additives to resist corrosion and moisture absorption.

SL-90

Copper Anti-Seize Paste PF

High temperature anti-seize lubricant. A soft, copper-coloured paste, based on micronised copper powder and synergistic anti-oxydant, anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives suspended in a premium grade stable oil. It is an effective anti-seize formulation, preventing metal-to-metal contact, seizing, galling, and fretting corrosion.

Reduces friction and wear, even when the base oil has already evaporated.
High pressure and high temperature resistance.
Ensures accurate assembly.
Enables easy disassembly of threaded parts, gaskets and flanges, even after long operational periods.
Threaded parts remain in good condition and can be re-used.
Separating film ensures favourable release behaviour of the threaded connections.

Aerosol formulation does not contain chlorinated solvents and uses hydrocarbon propellant.

Chieftain Sheet Jointing

Chieftain is James Walker?s premium grade universal sheet jointing. Its formulation contains an advanced carbon fibre material and a nitrile rubber (NBR) binder.

An anti-stick finish to both surfaces is supplied as standard. Easily meets the requirements of BS 7531 Grade X. Suitable for ASME Class 300 flange ratings to at least 260C.
