Rotabroach cutters suit a wide range of applications throughout many industries including construction, engineering, mining, petro-chemical, gas, oil, ship building and railways. Rotabroach cutters are supplied with the industry standard 1/4" pilot bore and can be used in most magnetic drills. 700 N/mm2 material hardness. Fully ground M2 high speed steel cutters.

York? Nylon Finishing Wheels

Made from high quality nylon, which is both flexible, durable and does not clog as easily as standard abrasive. 6mm shank diameter. Alternate flaps of abrasive and interleaved with a versatile high quality nylon. Ideal for: matching/blending a finish, light deburring, decorative/cosmetic applications, on most materials, rust removal and blending. Available in a choice of Coarse, Medium, Fine and Very Fine Density Grades and in sizes 50 x 25mm, 50 x 50mm, 76 x 50mm and 100 x 50mm.

Kennedy® Mounted Points and Wheels

Suitable for portable die and straight hand grinders. All points are aluminium oxide with "rubenite" as standard for all general purpose grinding and deburring on steels and most metals. Silicon carbide grade (suitable for stone/non-ferrous grinding) available on request. Shank diameters are metric as listed below with inch sizes available on request. Maximum speeds are quoted assuming that collet to back of point does not exceed 12.7mm (1/2") and are for guidance only.
