The teeth are precision set to generate clearance of kerf for the blade to cut on both the forward and back stroke increasing cutting efficiency by 30% and have 3 sided precision ground teeth which offer razor sharp cutting edges at every stage of the stroke. Constructed of structural foam for extra strength complete with an all round water seal ensuring safe and dry storage with an extra large storage capacity. Its tough ergonomic soft grip handle allows heavy loads to be carried with ease. The large metal rust-proof latches and padlock give added security. It has a portable tote tray designed to carry tools and small parts that is 3/4 length to give access to the large tool storage area inside. An integrated V-groove on top lid helps when sawing pipes and wood.

The base of the planes are manufactured from cast fine grey iron, all the contact surfaces are precision ground and polished to produce a stable platform for the blade. The unmachined parts are coated with a durable, high quality epoxy coating for long lasting protection against corrosion. The blade is manufactured from high carbon steel polished and precision ground, for a sharp long lasting edge. The blades are fully adjustable for depth of cut, alignment to the work surface and mouth size. The Frog with brass adjusting nut provides precise adjustment of the blade. The handles are virtually unbreakable and contoured to fit comfortably into the hand for improved control and reduced fatigue when in use.
