Speed Screed Pourable

Pourable, self smoothing material for levelling damaged or uneven concrete floors. Rapidly cures to a durable, hard wearing, anti slip, grey finish. Epoxy resin coatings can be applied when dry. Ideal for workshops, garages, factory and
warehouse floors. Usually applied 3 - 5mm thick.
Coverage: 3.7M2 per 25kg pack at 3mm thick.

400LMN Bond-Flex Clear Silicone Sealant

Single part, low modulus, neutral curing silicone rubber sealant. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a resilient highly elastic seal which maintains flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. Unlike many silicone sealants Bondflex 400LMN has a low odour when curing. The sealant is extremely resistant to weathering, ageing and water. Conforms to BS 5889 (A) , ISO 11.600 25 LM and US Food and Drugs Administration regulation No 21CFR 17726 00 brickwork.

Castrol Hysol™ Excel Cutting Fluid

Long life, semi-synthetic soluble cutting fluid. Multi-purpose machining applications: milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, etc. Multi-metal machining applications: ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminium, stainless steel, etc. Excellent tool life. Biostable properties which provide resistance to bacterial and fungal growth. Stable in hard and soft water. Chlorine free.

Castrol Spheerol L-EP Greases

Lithium-based general-purpose extreme pressure greases, based upon mineral oils and incorporating extreme pressure agents to protect bearing components subject to heavy and shock loadings. Available in a range of consistencies to suit most applications, from an NLGI 2 for general-purpose bearing lubrication to an NLGI 00 semi-fluid grease suitable for centralised lubrication systems and grease filled gearboxes. Being lithium-based, Spheerol EPL greases have good water tolerance, are resistant to water washing and incorporate powerful rust inhibitors to protect bearing components against corrosion.

Cordbox O-Ring Splicing Kits

Each kit is supplied in a fitted and highly durable blow moulded case. Includes a cutting and gluing jig, retractable snap-off safety knife, 3m/10ft tape measure, one bottle of instant adhesive and all popular and metric and inch sizes from 1.78 - 8mm in 2 metre lengths.
If further instant adhesive is required, we recommend the use of Loctite 406 Rapid cure adhesive for rubber - see page 7 of this brochure.



Viton Rubber: For high temperature applications and where greater tolerance to fuel oils is required. Operating range -20C to +200C.

and an operating temperature range of -30C to

Loctite SuperFlex Silicone Sealants

Provides a solid rubber seal directly from a tube. Will not sag or slump during applications. Can be used to produce gasket seals up to 6mm thick. For use with all common engineering materials.

Multi-Purpose Oil Spray

General-purpose oil spray with anti-rust additives for excellent all-round performance. Ideal for lubricating locks, hinges, bicycle chains and pedals, lawn mowers, window slides, car aerials and sewing machines. Clean formulation suitable for domestic use and industrial use. CFC-free.
