NBR70 Rubber 'O' Rings
The most common and simplest types of seal with excellent sealing properties and durability.
Used in engines and gearboxes, also found in anything from
shower heads to an aircraft, garden hoses and pumps etc.,
They can be used as face to face gasket style
seals or as shaft seals and allow both rotary and
linear movement. They have a 70 Shore hardness
and an operating temperature range of -30C to
120C. Highly resistant to many chemicals,
petroleum, diesel, LPG etc.

Rotary Shaft Seals are used in a wide range of applications and are excellent for sealing high speed rotating shafts. We offer a complete range of metric and imperial sizes with various sealing lip styles and materials. Used in conjuction with the shaft repair kits can improve the overall sealing efficiency of the application.

Medium Strength Threadlocker

Medium and high strength threadlockers that once cured offer excellent resistance against most industrial chemicals. They achieve good thermal resistance, withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 150C. Both of these products retain the customary high Loctite performance with a "white" bill health and safety bill meaning no hazard symbols, no risk phrases and ultimately no need for COSHH assessment.

2400: Medium strength threadlocker Loctite that is fluorescent blue with a viscosity of 3000 mPas and a shear strength on steel of 9 N/mm.

574 Flange Sealant

General purpose flange sealant for gaps up to 0.5mm. Typical applications are hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, transmission and engine flanges and marine pipework. Suitable for 90% of flange sealing applications. Carries the German DVGW approval. Test in accordance with EN751-1. certified to NSF P1.

Layout Fluid

Industrial methylated spirit based.

Opaque

For use with heavy and black metals. When scribed or scored the dark metal shows up well against the film. Can also be used for colour coding.

Devcon "5 Minute" Epoxy Adhesive

Clear, permanent non-shrinking bonds. Bonds metals, glass, ceramics, concrete and wood. Works down to -40C when cured. Max Operating Temperature: 93C. Pot Life: 4 minutes. Mix Ratio: 1:1.

Clear Epoxy

Fast cure. Ultra clear. Toughened. Water resistant. Fixture time 12 minutes.

Hysol 3430

Epoxy Repair Mortar

Multi-use epoxy resin to repair damaged concrete floors, steps and ramps. fast setting (3 - 6 hours) to a granite hard finish. For use where fillers or normal mortars would fail. Ideal for thin screeds (5mm) on concrete, stone, steps, floors and sills. No priming necessary. Coverage: 1kg covers approximately 0.12m2 at 5mm thick.
