Carecut ES1 Machining & Grinding Fluid

A biodegradable cutting fluid and has been formulated using specially selected advanced biodegradable esters. LPS® Electro Contact Cleaner

Fast drying, CFC-free, cleans and degreases delicate precision mechanisms with its fast-penetrating action to remove oil, grease, dirt, flux and other contaminants. Hydraulic Oil - Tellus

A high performance mineral hydraulic oil, Tellus is based on solvent-refined, high viscosity index mineral oil and complimentary additives, and boasts thermal stability, resistance to oxidation, anti-wear and anti-foaming properties, low friction and excellent air and water release. It is suitable for ultra-fine filtration and is versatile for a number of other applications including industrial hydraulic systems, mobile hydraulic fluid power transmission systems and marine hydraulic systems.

Minimal Transfer Non-Silicone Release Agent
Formula 11

A minimal transfer, dry film, non-silicone release agent. Provides an ultra thin, dry film, especially effective on 'electronic' grade polymers such as Polycarbonate and ABS, particularly suitable for the release of HIPS (High Impact Styrene). Will not interfere with post-moulding operations, such as painting, printing or gluing. Multiple release per application can be achieved giving improved economy in use. Operational to 120OC continuous, and intermittent to 210OC. (although multiple release properties are reduced).

Castrol Metal Cutting Lubricants

A non-phenolic, general purpose soluble cutting fluid for use in a wide range of machining operations with a variety of materials. Particularly suitable for use with steel and cast iron components. (Not recommended for use with copper alloys Cooledge CB is suggested for this purpose). Castrol Cooledge BI has proven itself as a water extendable fluid for use in processes such as the drawing of white goods panels and forming of welded steel tube.

Additional Information
For maximum service life, coolant systems should be cleaned and sterilised by treatment with Castrol System Cleaner before changing to Cooledge BI. Treatment entails the addition of approximately 1% System Cleaner to the previous charge of coolant the day before it is due to be discarded.
