Hammerite Hammered Finish Paint

Forms a tough barrier which repels moisture and provides long lasting protection. Corrosion resistant with a high gloss colour retention. Can be applied directly onto rusty metal - no need for a primer or undercoat, (just use a wire brush to remove loose paint etc. ensuring to leave a dry dirt free surface). PTFE FG H1 Food Grade High Temperature PTFE Release Agent

Wide temperature range -40 C to +260C. PTFE is a fine grade powder carried in fast evaporating solvent, when applied to metal surfaces exceptional release and lubricating qualities are imparted. Clean non toxic no odour ideal for use in extreme pressure situation on conveyors, shutes and slides. Also suitable as anti galling agent on fasteners and fixings. PTFE Food Grade can be used as a general lubricant in all food preparation areas. Lubricates the exterior of cables to allow for easy installation in conduit. Holds H1 approval from InS. Size 500ml.

Electronic Cleaner Plastic Safe

An effective formula for removing dirt and tape oxides from audio and video recording heads. Suitable for removal of carbon deposits from photocopy equipment. Effectively absorbs moisture from electronic component PCBs. Meets the following approval BS1595, ASTMD 770, DIM53245.

Fast Drying Anti-Rust Paint

Extremely fast drying anti-rust paint. Showerproof within 15 mins. Fully dry within three hours. Exceptionally long life can be applied over light corrosion and requires no undercoat. Meets three national performance standards AST MB117 hold salt spray, BS AU 148C PT14 1969 natural weathering, and DIN EN ISO 12944-1 corrosion protection of steel structures. Size: 500ml aerosol.

Shaft Repair Sleeves

Quickly and economically repair grooved and worn shafts for rotary oil seals. Fitting new seals on already worn shafts can result in repeat replacement of the seals. Grooving wear on a shaft can require expensive re-machining or even result in the shaft having to be replaced. Repair sleeves are simply pushed over the worn running surface. No special equipment is required - a standard depth installation tool is supplied with the sleeve. A mallet and a pair of pliers are all that are required for the repair job. The surface is machined without directionality, wear resistant often a better finish than that of the original shaft.
