So-Clean "Plus" Ferrous Cleaner and Degreaser

Low surface tension and high surfactant levels, which afford the optimal degreaser detergency following metal working and heat treatment. The nature of the surfactants gives excellent separation properties and low foam tendency (even with low temperature and high pressures). So-Clean Ferrous is a "salts-free" and oil free product. For this reason surfaces cleaned with this product have minimal organic and inorganic residues. So-Clean Ferrous has passivation properties, affording good protection against corrosion (depending on water quality) even during the tempering process. Can be used in high pressure systems up to 400 bar. So-Clean Ferrous is designed to give extraordinarily long life.
Available in grade SC-FE.

Environmentally improved - does NOT contain phenols, boron,
triazene, PTBBA or chlorinated additives. Based on highly refined mineral oils. High degree of machine tool lubrication. Ideal for a wide range of machining operations. Low odour. Low unit cost. Stable emulsions in very soft and very hard water.
Recommended concentrations:
General Machining 7% or (a dilution of 14 to 1). Heavy duty machining 10% or (a dilution of 10 to 1).
Available in grade SC-INOX.
Supplied in 20 litre stacking poly container and 205 litre barrel.

So-Protect "Plus" Oil

Used for inter-process protection of bright metal components
which have been subject to water washing or have been in
contact with water soluble machining fluids. Creates a very light damp-proofing film which need not be removed prior to further machining, assembly or the application of a longer lasting protective. Useful for applying to electrical contacts, plugs, points etc. to expel moisture. Solvent deposited. Excellent dewatering characteristics. Lubricates and penetrates. Compatible with so-clean cleaning products.

Recommended concentrations:
General machining 5% or (a dilution of 20 to 1). Arduous operations/difficult materials 7% or (a dilution of 14 to 1). Grinding 3% or (a dilution of 33 to 1).

So-Slide "Plus" GP

Excellent lubricating properties under high pressure working conditions. Anti-wear additives to maximise machine tool life. Lubricates and flows freely even at very low temperatures. Eliminates slip stick and judder. Eliminates pick up and scoring.
