Recommended concentrations:

Aqueous Orange is highly concentrated, low alkaline blend of citrus solvents and powerful surfactants, designed to remove oils and greases, inks, polishing compounds and lapping slurry from hard surfaces. It can be diluted with water for maximum economy and its micro-emulsion formula offers the benefits of water-based efficiency with solvent based performance. It also contains a corrosion inhibitor and can be used both manually and in machine operations.
Replaces white spirit, paraffin and highly alkaline cleaners.

Degreasing Station/Parts Washer

Air operated, strong and durable mild steel degreasing station. Ideal for use as a soaking bath and air agitation facility aids the degreasing process by removing heaviest oil and grime from small parts. Sump Emptier

With stainless steel Venturi pump. Screws into 205 litre oil drums. Uses compressed air to create a powerful vacuum. Empties liquid and suspended solids from tanks and can fill a drum in as little as 90 seconds, making it ready for appropriate disposal. Shuts off automatically when done.

So-Clean "Plus" Ferrous Cleaner and Degreaser

Low surface tension and high surfactant levels, which afford the optimal degreaser detergency following metal working and heat treatment. The nature of the surfactants gives excellent separation properties and low foam tendency (even with low temperature and high pressures). So-Clean Ferrous is a "salts-free" and oil free product. For this reason surfaces cleaned with this product have minimal organic and inorganic residues. So-Clean Ferrous has passivation properties, affording good protection against corrosion (depending on water quality) even during the tempering process. Can be used in high pressure systems up to 400 bar. So-Clean Ferrous is designed to give extraordinarily long life.
Available in grade SC-FE.
