So-Clean "Plus" Multi Cleaner and Degreaser

Low surface tension and high surfactant levels, which afford the optimal degreaser detergency following metal working and heat treatment. The nature of the surfactants gives excellent separation properties and low foam tendency (even with low temperature and high pressures). So-Clean Ferrous is a "salts-free" and oil free product. For this reason surfaces cleaned with this product have minimal organic and inorganic residues. So-Clean Ferrous has passivation properties, affording good protection against corrosion (depending on water quality) even during the tempering process. Can be used in high pressure systems up to 400 bar. So-Clean Ferrous is designed to give extraordinarily long life.

So-Hydra 'Plus' Hydraulic Oil

Excellent demulsifying properties (water and water containing fluids are rapidly separated). Very good corrosion protection to steel. Good corrosion protection to copper. High ageing stability/high oxidation stability. Good anti-wear protection. Very good hydrolytic stability. Excellent filtration behaviour. Low foaming. Excellent air release.

So-Cool "Plus" Syn General

Fully synthetic formulation. Long working life therefore economical. Minimises wheel glazing. Effective corrosion resistance. Stable emulsions in soft and hard water. Does not contain PTBBA.

Recommended concentration for general machining operations:
Grinding Cast iron 2 % to 3.5% or (a dilution of 50 to 1 or 30 to 1).
Steel and Ni/Cr steel 2% or (a dilution of 50 to 1).

SOLENT BLUE ANTI-FREEZE & COOLANT

Suitable for all engine types. Provides year round
protection. Prevents freezing in the winter and overheating in the summer. Contains anti-corrosion additives. Inhibits rust for up to 2 years. Works to temperatures of -55°C.
It is ready mixed, requires no dilution.

So-Cleaner "Plus" System

Very effective system cleaner for use in cleaning water based operating fluids and coolants from central systems or individual machines. Compatible with a large number of operating fluids including SO-COOL and SO-CLEAN products. Free of secondary alkanolamines, heavy metal compounds, phenols, hexahydrotriazine and nitrite. Excellent cleaning action. Storage temperature of 5 to +40C.
NOTE: So-Clean System at 1- 2% is added to the used operating fluid about eight to twelve hours before draining. The complete cleaning effect is only achieved if the operating fluid circulates through all working parts of the system. Neither pH value nor foaming of the operating fluid change significantly when So-Clean System is added. Soil in machines, tubes and reservoirs of the system are loosened and re-emulsified. For heavily soiled systems, increasing the dwell time to 24 hours is recommended. Thick sediment deposits are best removed Mechanically and rinsed off with clean water.

Food Safe Synthetic Grease

The latest generation food-safe grease. Constructed using pure non-toxic synthetic base oils, combined with PTFE and a complex mix of antioxidant and EP packages, making Food Safe Synthetic grease a versatile tool for use in many applications for many industries.

Food Safe Anti-Seize Paste

Formulated for use on assemblies in difficult areas where fretting corrosion and corrosion induced by wet environments occur. It can also be use to lubricate slow moving slides and pivot pins. Resistant to hot, cold and salt water it can be used across a wide temperature range where the solid lubricate including PTFE gives excellent dry lubrication and forms a barrier between all surfaces. Non-toxic, it complies with FDA regulations and is H1 registered.

Solent Food Safe Silicone Grease

A versatile silicone grease for operation in extremes of high and low temperature. Food Safe Silicone Grease can also be used on food product applications or where water repellent properties are of prime importance as it offers excellent physical performance and is NSF H1 registered.
