So-Cool ?Plus? Cast Iron

Semi-synthetic formulation. Excellent anti-foam characteristics. Environmentally improved - does NOT contain sodium nitrite, phenols or chlorinated additives. Excellent sump life and corrosion protection. Superb tramp oil rejection characteristics. Enhanced tool tip life. Low drag-out loss - highly cost effective in use. Based on highly refined mineral oil. Increased detergency.
Recommended concentrations:
General machining 5% or (a dilution of 20 to 1). Arduous operations/difficult materials 7% or (a dilution of 14 to 1). Grinding 3% or (a dilution of 33 to 1).

Sump Emptier

With stainless steel Venturi pump. Screws into 205 litre oil drums. Uses compressed air to create a powerful vacuum. Empties liquid and suspended solids from tanks and can fill a drum in as little as 90 seconds, making it ready for appropriate disposal. Shuts off automatically when done.
