Drawer loads should be evenly distributed. Roller cabinets are not suitable for frequent relocation when loaded.

Kennedy Professional Ai-Bronze Spark Resistant Safety Tools

Spark resistant tools are used to eliminate the chances of accidental fires or explosions in potentially combustible or explosive environments. They resist the sparks that a standard tool could potentially create when striking hard surfaces. The use of spark resistant tools is essential in many industrial applications such as petroleum and chemical manufacturing, spray booth operations, the marine industry, the mining industry, the paper industries, or any location where flammable vapors or combustible residues are present. Aluminium-bronze spark resistant safety tools are manufactured to 25HRC and offer a breaking strain of 75 - 85kgf/mm2.
Spark resistant tools must be maintained with special care. Frequent cleaning/re-dressing to remove ferrous particles or contaminants, which may impair the spark resistant properties, is essential.

Q-MAX Cutters

The non-rotating metal hole cutter is manufactured from high tensile steel heat treated for a long keen cutting life providing burr free accuracy time after time.

To produce the hole a small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the materials. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt and thus the hole is literally punched out.

Thor Soft Faced Hammers

A safer alternative for striking machined surfaces than conventional steel hammers. The impact resistant striking faces shape themselves to the component being struck, minimising rebound damage to the component and reducing noise pollution in the work place.
