Q-MAX Cutters

The non-rotating metal hole cutter is manufactured from high tensile steel heat treated for a long keen cutting life providing burr free accuracy time after time.

To produce the hole a small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the materials. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt and thus the hole is literally punched out.

Mild steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).

Sheet copper, brass and aluminum up to 2.0mm.
Plus many other sheet materials and ductile plastic.

Single-Hexagon Sockets

The most popular drive size used in the service and maintenance industries. Manufactured from chrome vanadium and are fully chrome plated with a mirror finish and aluminium-free to ensure non-sparking. Chamfered leading edge ensures easy fastener location.

Kennedy Club Hammers

Kennedy Club or lump hammers have fully forged and heat-treated hammer heads with flat striking faces and chamfered edges.

They are suitable for use with cold chisels, brick bolsters, star drills and masonry nails in confined work areas with little room for a full arc swing, the wide face makes it ideal for striking chisels and punches.

Available in a range of weights with hickory or fibreglass shafts.

Club Hammer with Fibreglass Shaft

Kennedy Club hammers with a fibre glass shaft have a textured slip resistant rubber grip. The shaft & grip combine to dampen the impact transmitted through to the user"s hand and wrist.

Professional Ratchet, Combination Spanners

Made from chrome vanadium steel with mirror polish finish. Mirror finish prevents oil and dirt from adhering to the spanner, making for easier cleaning and preventing rust. 72-teeth ratcheting system which needs only 5 movement to operate ratchet. Thin wall design for greater access. Conform to DIN 838 and ANSI 8107.6.

Applications targeted are AN fittings and B nuts on fuel supply lines, hydraulics, oxygen lines, as well as hex nuts and bolts. The Fast Ratch acts as an open-end, ratcheting wrench designed for aerospace, industrial, medical and food processing applications. Made from laser cut stainless steel the Fast Ratch meets DIN899 series C tool specifications. It is FOD free, non-sparking, and if cleansed in pure alcohol, can be used in oxygen system environments. Available now in sizes ranging from 5/16'' (8mm) to 3/4'' (19mm), the Fast Ratch speeds assembly or disassembly operations without damage to fittings or lines.
