Markel Paint Markers

Markel Paint Markers are custom designed for a wide range of cold to hot applications. Available in 5 types.

Type B: All purpose cold surface marker which has the widest spread of applications. Timber, brick, metal surfaces and rubber. Temp marking range 45C to 65C. Available in blue, black, brown, green, orange, pink, purple, red, white and yellow.

Type H: Yellow hot surface marker for applications like colour coding foundry rises and runners and non-ferrous metals whilst hot, coils, billets, bars, ingots etc. Temp marking range 65C to 650C.

Type K: White - marks extremely hot rough surfaces, castings, forgings, ingots, billets without burning or running off. Temp marking range 760C to 1200C.

Type P: White - for marking steel prior to galvanising process. Marks are completely removed in the pickling bath and will not interfere with galvanising process. Temp marking range 45C to 65C.

Type HT: Red - hot metal surfaces eg steel blooms, bars, coils of strip etc. The mark is highly visible on metals, castings, coils etc. it must be stored outside. Temp marking range 120C to 870C.

The Solent? range of industrial bullet point markers with liquid paint produce a clear and strong opaque result on any steel, aluminium, rubber, timber, plastic, ceramics and other materials .

Sapphire Hi-Pressure Grease

For lubricating plain bearings operating under extremely high loads. Bentone thickened grease containing high level of molybdenum disulphide. Temperature range: minus 20C to plus 150C.

Ultracut 370 Plus

High performance semi-synthetic cutting and grinding fluid giving optimum performance at high dilution whilst remaining resistant to bacterial and fungal attack. For a wide range of cutting and grinding operations on most workpiece materials. Recommended dilution between 40:1 and 60:1 for cutting; 50:1 and 70:1 for grinding.

NBR70 Rubber 'O' Rings
The most common and simplest types of seal with excellent sealing properties and durability.
Used in engines and gearboxes, also found in anything from
shower heads to an aircraft, garden hoses and pumps etc.,
They can be used as face to face gasket style
seals or as shaft seals and allow both rotary and
linear movement. They have a 70 Shore hardness
and an operating temperature range of -30C to
120C. Highly resistant to many chemicals,
petroleum, diesel, LPG etc.

NBR70 Rubber 'O' Rings

Shaft Repair Sleeves

Quickly and economically repair grooved and worn shafts for rotary oil seals. Fitting new seals on already worn shafts can result in repeat replacement of the seals. Grooving wear on a shaft can require expensive re-machining or even result in the shaft having to be replaced. Repair sleeves are simply pushed over the worn running surface. No special equipment is required - a standard depth installation tool is supplied with the sleeve. A mallet and a pair of pliers are all that are required for the repair job. The surface is machined without directionality, wear resistant often a better finish than that of the original shaft.

Safe 80 Water Based Contact Adhesive

Used for bonding most types of materials such as textiles, rubbers and plastic laminates to wood, plywood, chipboard etc. It may also be used for bonding smooth porous surfaces of concrete or plaster as well as canvas and expanded polystyrene.

Loctite 9466 A+B Dual Cartridge

Loctite Hysol 9466 A&B is a toughened, 2K-Epoxy adhesive, suitable for multi purpose applications requiring long open time and high bonding strength. Ideal for a wide variety of substrates like metals, ceramic and most plastics.

Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray - Trike Free

Solent Electrical Contact Cleaner is an effective solvent based cleaner packed in a large 500 ml aerosol. The product is formulated to remove oil, grease, and carbon dust from electrical switch gear and electronic components. Solent Electrical Contact Cleaner is safe on most common plastic parts, but will attack lacquer finishes and coatings. If in doubt about suitability, trial the product on a scrap sample first before general application. The product is propelled from the aerosol by CO2 Carbon Dioxide gas. CO2 is non-flammable. Electrical Switch Cleaner fluid is flammable. Always ensure power is switched off before applying this product to electrical equipment.
