Heavy duty, biodegradable industrial cleaner/ degreaser. Specially designed for use on food processing and packaging equipment. Authorised for use in inedible product processing, non-processing and exterior areas. The controlled evaporation rate ensures maximum contact time with contamination. NSF C1 registered. Meets USDA 1998 C1 guidelines for use in food industry. High flash point of 40C. Neutral product, non-staining. Does not contain water. Non-corrosive to metals. Ambersil Amberclens FG Foam Cleaner

A heavy duty, biodegradable, water-based all-purpose foam cleaner/degreaser. Specially formulated for use on food processing and packaging equipment. The non-dripping foam ensures longer contact time and improved performance, especially on vertical surfaces. NSF A1 registered meets USDA 1998. Readily biodegradable as per OECD 301B. Quickly penetrates, removes grease, oil, grime and tough stains from any washable surface. Stable, non-dripping foam formula limits over-application. Safe on all metals and on plastics if rinsed after application. 500ml aerosol.

Ambersil Food Grade Silicone Lubricant

A high purity, highly concentrated silicone lubricant based upon silicones approved by the FDA and considered safe for applications where incidental food contact may occur. Lubricant is odourless, tasteless, colourless and chemically inert. Ideal for use where high standards of purity are essential.
Suitable as an anti-stick agent on conveyors, labellers, heat sealers and packaging applications. Helps prevent line jams, inhibits adhesive build up on blades and sealers.

Adhesive Spray

A fast tacking, non-chlorinated spray adhesive. This specialist formulation will provide instant ‘grab’, which allows pressure to be exerted on the bond before full cure strength is achieved. Quick stick - provides instant grab. Provides permanent bonds Free from chlorinated solvents. Tack time approximately 30 seconds. Economical in use - only a light film is required for instant grab. QS 900 Quick Stick Adhesive has been formulated to satisfy the demands of the carpeting and flooring trade. It is also suitable for bonding many different substrates, including:- Carpet, Underlay, Foam, Fabric, Cork, Upholstery, Paper, Cardboard, Wood to a wide variety of different surfaces.



Apply a light, fine even coating to both surfaces to be bonded from 9” - 12” (25 - 30 cm). Wait until the adhesive is tack-dry and bond the surfaces together using firm pressure. Heavier applications of QS 900 may prolong the tack time. N.B. May affect certain plastics. Always test a small, inconspicuous area before general use. To prevent blockages, invert the can after use and spray to clear the nozzle.

Ambersil Chain Lube FG - With PTFE

A foaming chain lubricant with added PTFE. Specifically designed to provide convenient, effective lubrication and protection in applications where incidental food contact may occur or in applications where a clean lubricant is preferred. The gentle foaming action assures an excellent penetration and prevents against dripping. NSF H1 registered. Meets USDA 1998 H1 guidelines for use as a lubricant with incidental food contact. Operating temperature from -15C to 175C. Contains PTFE, which helps reduce friction and wear. Virtually odourless and colourless. Controlled application with gentle foaming action. 400ml aerosol.
