Interchangeable Rod Type

These are lightweight, well balanced and rigid. Satin-chrome finish with hardened, ground and lapped measuring screw. Each micrometer of less than 300mm (12") is supplied with convenient handle to reach into deep holes. The set also includes spacing collar, a series of precision measuring rods and a dull chrome plated micrometer head. Large dial face for easy reading with the installed 2mm (.08") diameter point carbide tipped. These indicators are ruggedly housed within a satin chrome finished case. 9.5mm body for narrow lands between shoulders or in a bore. With jewelled bearings and precision miniature pivot bearings for almost friction free movement of the contact point.
