Kennedy Grip Wrenches

Kennedy grip wrench bodies are manufactured from rolled chrome vanadium steel and have drop forged hardened steel jaws with corrosion resistant bright nickel coating. The jaw opening and clamping pressure can be adjusted with the knurled head screw and is fitted with a wire spring to open the jaws automatically. The locking mechanism holds the wrench in place once adjusted, leaving both hands free and is easily disengaged by squeezing the release lever.

The most popular drive size used in the service and maintenance industries. This popularity is due to the strength and robust nature of 1/2" drive. All Kennedy Professional sockets have a knurl feature to give a high grip which is essential for a quick tool change when your hands are greasy/oily. The 12 point bi-hexagon side drive design will give a higher torque than normal sockets, grip worn nuts and will not round off existing nuts. Manufactured from chrome vanadium and are fully chrome plated with a mirror finish and aluminium free to ensure non sparking. Chamfered leading edge ensures easy fasterner location.
