All sizes feature good throat clearance, a copper-plated screw, reinforced shoulders for greater strength, a swivel clamp head and a sliding tommy bar for tightening. Manufactured from drop forged ribbed anti-twist frame steel, ideally suited to fabrication and welding applications. Finished in a heavy epoxy coating for long-term rust and weld spatter resistance.

Kennedy Clamps

Kennedy Dual Action Quick Clamps they are designed for use one handed and for speed and convenience. The pistol grip handle houses a ratchet clamping mechanism, that incrementally applies clamping force when you pull the trigger, to release or reposition the clamp jaw hold down the quick release button and slide the jaw along the bar. Soft interchangeable pads eliminate the need to find wood blocks to protect your work. Can be used as a bar clamp or as a spreader simply by turning the handle around.

Cylinder Hone

For honing of brake cylinders and piston bores with capacities between 19 - 68mm. Self aligning flexible shaft and leg assembly for smooth operation at all speeds. Honing diameter and pressure is adjusted via a simple, spring and cone mechanism. Suitable for use with a variable speed electric or air drill and fits into all three jaw chucks. Supplied complete with a fine grade stone set. Overall length 200mm.
For storage purpose legs are retained in position by a triangular clip. This can be removed using long nose pliers. or tweezers and should be retained for futher use. Replacement stone sets available.

Use brake fluid for cutting lubricant.

Lever operated vacuums

For use in hand lift applications only. Multiple vacuums used on a single load can only improve handling. If using more than one vacuum tool the ratio of maximum lift capacity does not increase. To lift heavier weights a larger vacuum must be used. All are fitted with a rubber suction which will not damage contact surface during the lifting action. For use on glass, tiles, plastic or other smooth surfaced non-porous material and can also be used for pulling out dents. Hand lift only, must not be used in conjunction with mechanical lifting equipment.
