The professional torque wrench offers an ideal combination of accuracy, robust construction, comfort and ease of use. The push-through ratchets on these models are robustly engineered for strength and durability. The strength and high wear resistance comes from the design of the tooth pattern while the principle of offset ratchet pawls gives a narrow engagement angle. Accuracy of +/-3% of reading exceeds all international standards for torque wrenches. Every wrench is supplied with a calibration certificate to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9000-2000. Soft feel handle provides excellent grip even in oily conditions. Handle material and lens resist all chemicals in common automotive, industrial and aviation uses. Locking mechanism prevents accidental adjustment of the wrench during operation. Long scale graduated in Nm and lb/ft allows for foolproof and accurate setting, kgf/m and lbf/in scales are also available. Supplied in moulded box for storage and protection.

72 tooth fine ratchet mechanism which allows use in confined areas. Incorporating "click" sound and "snap" feel to indicate when torque setting has been reached. Knurled disc on the ratchet head to reverse ratchet direction. Clear plastic handle protects the scale from accidental damage. Torque setting can be altered by rotating the adjustment lever at the base of the wrench. Pre-set "P" type versions available to eliminate the torque setting being altered on the production line. Fixed head version has push square drive for instant direction reversal. All with ratchet except 11125 which is non-ratchet.

Incorporates 'click' sound and 'snap' feel to indicate when torque setting has been reached. Sliding switch on the ratchet head for instant direction reversal (except model 300 and 330, which has a push through square drive). Setting lock to prevent accidental adjustment of the torque setting. Scale located within handle Nm/lbf.ft graduated (kgf.m or ibf.in scale also available, supplied to order). Accuracy to 3%. Supplied in sturdy blow moulded box for protection. Supplied with a traceable calibration certificate to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9000 quality systems. With ratchet.

There is no scale, the wrench must be set against a Torque Wrench Analyser or similar instrument. Setting system is designed to discourage unauthorised alteration. Coloured end seals are provided to identify the wrench to a particular operator, torque setting or calibration period.

Torque Range: 20-200Nm 15-150ibf.ft
