Q-MAX Cutters

The non-rotating metal hole cutter is manufactured from high tensile steel heat treated for a long keen cutting life providing burr free accuracy time after time.

To produce the hole a small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the materials. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt and thus the hole is literally punched out.

Capacity:
Mild steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).
Stainless steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).
Sheet copper, brass and aluminum up to 2.0mm.
Plus many other sheet materials and ductile plastic.

Split Collet Internal Bearing Extractors

The collets are precision machined, ideally used with sliding hammer assembly. For removing gears, bearings, pinions, oil seals when conventional pullers cannot be used. Collets close down to allow passage through a bore and then "wind" out to grip the blind side of the component.

Bolt Cutters

Used for cutting a range of materials from concrete reinforcing rod to single strand low tensile wire. Available in a range of head styles for a wide range of applications. Drop forged steel handles and jaws, heat treated for greater hardness. The heads are available in a range of cutting types. Centre cut for general purpose. Centre Cut - High Tensile

Used for cutting concrete reinforcing rod, reinforcing wire, high tensile steel rod and bar, case hardened chain, cold drawn alloy steel and tempered steel wire. With a tensile strength up to 112 tons/in - 1729 N/mm.
