Norbar Torque Wrenches

All Norbar torque wrenches are designed and manufactured to exceed the following national and international standards: BS6703: 1988, ISO 6789: 1992 & U.S.A.GGG-W-00686-C (GSA-FSS).

16mm Spigot 'P' Type (Pre-set)

Designed for the production environment where they will be set and then dedicated to a particular application. There is no scale, the wrench must be set against a Torque Wrench Analyser or similar instrument. Setting system is designed to discourage unauthorised alteration. Coloured end seals are provided to identify the wrench to a particular operator, torque setting or calibration period.

Torque Range: 20-200Nm 15-150ibf.ft

Q-MAX Cutters

The non-rotating metal hole cutter is manufactured from high tensile steel heat treated for a long keen cutting life providing burr free accuracy time after time.

To produce the hole a small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the materials. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt and thus the hole is literally punched out.

Capacity:
Mild steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).
Stainless steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).
Sheet copper, brass and aluminum up to 2.0mm.
Plus many other sheet materials and ductile plastic.

Screwdriver Sockets

Used most often in the automotive and aerospace industries. The weight to strength ratio ensures the reliability and accessibility that is so important in this type of production environment. For insertion and removal of fasteners and fixings using 3/8"square drive tooling. Unique knurled body gives extra grip which is essential for a quick tool change when your hands are greasy/oily. Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel and are fully chrome plated with a mirror finish and aluminium free to ensure non sparking. All have ball retaining groove on each face of the square drive. Overall length: 50mm. Bit length: 20mm. Conforms to DIN standards.

Scutch Bit Holders, Combs & Droves

Kennedy cold chisels are manufactured from high quality, high strength octagonal section chrome vanadium steel with ground cutting edges. They are are used to channel brickwork, concrete, chip stone and to remove waste metal when a very smooth finish is not required or when the work cannot be done easily with other tools, such as a hacksaw, file, bench shears or power tools. The head of each chisel is chamfered to slow down the formation of the mushroom shape caused by hammering. Conform to: BS3066.

Scutch Holders - Carbon Steel

Designed to hold a detachable stone dressing comb or drove. The tool is then used to dress stone and brickwork. It has also proved very effective when fitted with a scutch comb for cutting into bricks and blockwork to fit socket boxes. The size of the holder should be the same as the comb or drove being used.

Kennedy® Soldering Irons

Thermo-plastic handles, designed for comfort and a firm safe grip. The mains lead is held by a cable clamping screw which eliminates the strain on electrical connections. All supplied complete with a double flat nickel plated tip and 13 amp 3-pin plug with 1.5m power lead as standard. Manufactured to BS 3456. All 230V.
